The Giving AI.
Enterprise security, technology, and AI-authority positioning for mission-driven organizations, powered by an agentic AI team. Affordable at mission scale.
Who this is for
Built for Front Range mission-driven organizations
If your work serves people, then a single spoofed email, or a wrong answer from an AI engine, can break the trust you depend on. We start with the causes closest to our own story, men's mental health, homelessness, and hunger, and we serve any mission-driven organization that puts purpose first.
What we are doing, in one paragraph
We give mission-driven organizations a free, comprehensive security and AI-authority audit, then fix what we find at a price built for mission budgets. We form and run these organizations as L3Cs, purpose first, so the same technology and services become earned revenue that funds the mission instead of a private profit line. Give first, prove the value, and let the good work fund itself.
Our mission
Make doing good sustainable, through the L3C
Our primary mission is to help organizations put purpose first and let revenue follow. We do that through the L3C, the low-profit limited liability company, a legal structure built for exactly this: pursue a social mission as the priority, and earn the income that funds it, in one entity.
We form, structure, and run these organizations end to end, including L3C, 501(c)(3), and similar structures, from formation through accounting and daily operations. The technology you fix and the services you share become earned revenue, so the good you do today pays for the good you do next.

Start here
The free comprehensive audit
Two things decide whether your organization is trusted and found: whether attackers can impersonate you, and whether people and AI can find and cite you as the authority. The audit is free, and it covers both.

Security and deliverability
SPF
Confirms which servers are allowed to send mail using your domain, so spoofed mail can be rejected.
DKIM
Verifies that messages were not altered in transit and genuinely came from your domain.
DMARC
Tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails the checks, and reports who is sending as you.
Impersonation protection
Checks the gaps attackers use to pose as your leadership in donation and wire-transfer scams.
Authority and AI visibility
AI answer presence
Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews find you and cite you when someone asks about what you do.
Structured data
The schema markup that tells search engines and AI exactly who you are, what you offer, and why you are credible.
llms.txt and citability
The file and on-page content that let AI models read, trust, and quote your organization accurately.
Search, Maps, and directories
Your presence in classic organic search, Google Maps, and the directories donors and partners still use.
Most mission-driven organizations have never had any of this set up. That is why a stranger can email as your director, and why an AI can describe you wrong or skip you entirely. The audit finds every gap before it costs you a donor or a search.
Front Range nonprofits we have audited
were not fully protected. Only 11 of the 74 were.
are wide open, with no email protection enforced at allWhy nonprofits, and why Denver first
Mission-driven organizations are especially vulnerable to spoofing. Bad actors exploit the trust between staff, volunteers, and the people you serve, and most breaches start with an honest person trying to help. AI makes that faster and cheaper. Because these organizations are so connected, one compromised nonprofit can cascade across the whole community. That is why we start in our own backyard, Denver, and secure one organization at a time.
A 30-second plain-English explainer
It does not stop at once
Every nonprofit that requests the audit gets a free quarterly re-audit, for as long as you want it. Threats change and AI platforms change, so we keep checking, and you stay current at no charge. That is how we earn a relationship, not a transaction.
Questions
What is included in your audit
Straight answers about what the free comprehensive audit covers, what you receive, and what happens next.
What does the audit actually cover
Two pillars. Security and deliverability, meaning SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and the impersonation gaps attackers use to pose as your leadership. And AI authority and visibility, meaning your structured data, llms.txt, citability, and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews find and cite you correctly.
Is it really free, and is there a catch
It is genuinely free. Every nonprofit that requests the audit also gets a free quarterly re-audit for as long as you want it. Threats and AI platforms change, so we keep checking and you stay current at no charge. We earn the relationship over time, not with an upfront bill.
Do I need to be technical to use it
No. The report is written in plain language for the decision maker, with the technical pages separated out so you can hand them straight to your web or IT person. You understand the risk and the plan, and they get the exact records and steps to apply.
What does a typical finding and fix look like
A common one is no DMARC policy enforced, which lets a stranger email as your director and ask a volunteer to move money. The fix is publishing a DMARC record set to reject, after SPF and DKIM are aligned, so spoofed mail is rejected at the door. We give you the exact record and the rollout order.
How long does it take, and what do I do with it
You request it, we run it, and you get a written report you can act on immediately. Fix the items yourself or with your IT person, or ask us to remediate. Then the quarterly re-audit confirms the gaps stayed closed as platforms evolve.
What we do
One agentic AI team, nine ways to serve your mission
Take what your organization needs now, and grow into the rest over time. Every service is delivered by the same agentic AI team, priced for mission budgets.

Agentic security
Always-on, AI-driven security operations: email and DNS protection, impersonation defense, monitoring, and hardening, delivered by autonomous security agents.
Agentic IT operations
Day-to-day technology operations run by AI agents: systems, accounts, maintenance, and help-desk, sized and priced for a mission budget.
Fractional CTO and CIO
A standalone technology leadership engagement. If you have no CTO or CIO, we hold the strategy and roadmap for you. If you do, we augment and advise them, never replace them.
AI authority and GEO
Generative engine optimization: we position you to be found and cited by AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, with the structured data, llms.txt, and content that make you the trusted source.
Marketing, SEO, and outreach
Classic search visibility and outreach that drives donations and builds supplier and contractor relationships, so your reach grows alongside your mission.
B2B outreach automation
Trained agentic AI that manages automated LinkedIn outreach and connects you to funding and sources built for mission-driven organizations, at a scale a human team cannot match.
E-learning and certification
Run your courses, track completion, certify learners, and recertify when it is due, all in one platform built for your programs.
AI-powered support
AI support for your team, extendable to the people you serve by phone, text, or website chat.
L3C and mission-entity formation
We form and run mission-driven organizations, with deep expertise in the L3C low-profit structure, 501(c)(3), and similar forms, from formation through accounting. This is the foundation of our whole model.
What our platform runs
One platform, every business function
Our agentic AI team operates a complete business platform for you. These are the 47 applications we can stand up, connect, and run, the same systems that power our own profit centers.

The unique opportunity
Every implementation funds the mission
Here is what makes The Giving AI different. We are forming as an L3C, mission-driven from the start. So every system we stand up, and every industry we serve, becomes a source of earned revenue that funds further mission growth, not a private bottom line. The more organizations we power across the industries below, the more good the model can do.

Industries we serve
Built for the organizations behind every mission
We have the platform, the frameworks, and the lived experience to serve 103 industries. Each one is a potential profit center, and for each we can form and run the right L3C or 501(c)(3) structure.

Professional and business services
Arts and culture
Education, membership and nonprofit
Food and beverage
Health, beauty and fitness
Hospitality and leisure
Manufacturing, trades and agriculture
Construction and real estate
Retail and local services
The model
Turn IT from a cost drain into a profit center
Technology usually shows up as a line item that only ever costs money. The Giving AI flips that, in two steps.

Step one
Fix your own gaps, affordably
Use the agentic AI team to close your security and technology gaps at a price that fits a mission budget. You get enterprise-grade capability without an enterprise-grade payroll.
Step two
Sell or share the catalog
Offer the same service catalog to other organizations as earned revenue, or provide it to the allied organizations in your network. Your technology function starts paying for itself, and our L3C and 501(c)(3) formation support stands up the right structure to hold it.
Why The Giving AI
Built from lived experience
The Giving AI was founded by Paul Dolphin, who built this agentic AI team while navigating his own housing crisis and living openly with mental illness. He does not hide from that. The work comes from genuine lived experience, not from a distance, and it is driven by what he cares about most: men's mental health, homelessness, and hunger. That is why affordability at mission scale is the starting point here, not an afterthought.
What you know is meant to be given. Not kept, not sold. Given freely. Each of us has someone we can teach. Give it freely and it does not run out. It grows.
